Welcome to Madrid Marriott Auditorium Hotel & Conference Center. We inform you about the rooms cancellation policy: – You may cancel with no charge until 15 days to arrival. – The total amount of the first night will be charged in case of cancellation between 15 and 7 days to arrival. – The total amount of the stay will be charged in case of cancellation 7 days or less prior to arrival or the guest is no show. MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS: The only way to amend or cancel a reservation is contacting our reservations department directly: viaxesnaron@viaxesnaron.com. The rate includes accommodation, buffet breakfast and one free parking space per room and per night. The free parking is exclusively for the attendees that staying at the hotel.
